Stage Lighting Equipment-Specific Lifting Sling (Structural Design)

In terms of structural design, the stage lighting equipment-specific lifting sling is made into a belt-shaped structure using a specific weaving process. On one hand, dense weaving methods such as plain weave and twill weave are adopted to improve the overall load-bearing uniformity of the belt body, preventing breakage caused by excessive local stress. On the other hand, the belt-shaped structure can fit flexibly according to the shape of the lighting equipment — for example, for equipment with curved lamp bodies or protruding interfaces, it can disperse pressure by increasing the contact area, ensuring that the equipment remains stable without shaking during hoisting.

At the same time, the lifting sling is equipped with multiple types of special connectors, which can accurately adapt to different lighting equipment and stage load-bearing structures: For small lighting equipment (such as PAR lights and LED wash lights), snap-on connectors are mostly used to fix the equipment to the lifting sling through quick buckling, shortening the installation time; for large equipment (such as follow spotlights and moving head lights), hooks or D-rings with safety locks are adopted. The hooks can be directly connected to the hoisting holes on the top of the equipment, while the D-rings can be accurately docked with the hanging points of stage trusses (aluminum alloy trusses and steel trusses). Moreover, the safety lock design can prevent accidental unhooking, further enhancing safety.

Some stage lighting equipment-specific lifting slings also add reinforced stitches or metal sleeves at the joint between the belt body and the connectors to strengthen the load-bearing capacity of the weak parts and avoid wear and tear or falling off of the joints after long-term use.
