2. The lifting belt should be cleaned once every 3-6 months. After use in acidic or alkaline environments, the lifting belt should be immediately rinsed clean with cold water or cleaning agents, dried and stored
3. The lifting belt should be stored on a shelf after use and should not be directly placed on the ground to prevent mold and rodent bites after use
4. Wet lifting straps should be dried and stored to avoid moisture and mold.
The scrapping criteria for stage lifting belts: When any of the following situations occur, the product should be scrapped
1. When the body is cut, severely scratched, loose with strands, or partially broken, it should be scrapped
2. When the surface is severely worn and the lifting belt is abnormally deformed, reaching 1/10 of the original width of the lifting belt, it should be scrapped
3. When synthetic fibers soften or age (yellowing), have a rough surface, peel off, reduce elasticity, or weaken strength, they should be scrapped
4. When the lifting belt is severely twisted, deformed, or fuzzy, it should be scrapped
5. When the lifting equipment has local mold and deterioration, hot melting or burning, multiple loose or corroded surfaces, it should be scrapped
6. When lifting with local scratches or sharp objects, it should be scrapped
7. When lifting with transverse edge cutting, it should be scrapped
