The synchronous control box for the electric hoist on the Komei stage can be used for single and multiple synchronized controls. The box is sturdy and effectively protects control safety.
Main features of the controller:
1. The controllers are suitable for low-voltage control and direct control motors of electric hoists, and electric hoist controllers can be provided according to requirements.
2. It can be controlled individually or in groups, with an up/down selection switch for each channel and a "run" function.
3. Can be controlled by panel or by handle.
4. The button activates all pre-selected circuits.
5. Equipped with leakage protection device.
6. Emergency braking.
Komei stage controllers are generally 4-way, 6-way, 8-way, 10 way, etc., and are embedded in smaller size aviation boxes or vertical aviation boxes according to different models.
The controller only needs one button to control the single action or group linkage of the electric hoist.
Each controller has an electric hoist pre-set system, and the stage electric hoist also has a panel/remote control as standard configuration. The electric hoist has multiple functions, low-voltage control, adjustable limit switches, and motor overheating protection, all of which can be operated by this controller with just one power cable. It has a wide range of uses, and the controller can be connected to form a controller, which can control up to 40 electric hoists. All pre-selected electric hoists can be operated synchronously by a running button, and other settings can also be set according to requirements.
