The Stage Chain Motor Control Box interacts with the truss hoist (drive device) through command transmission to achieve precise lifting, lowering, translation, and attitude adjustment of the truss.
After receiving the commands, the truss hoist drives the truss to move through executive mechanisms such as motors, reducers, and braking devices. At the same time, the controller links with the safety system to ensure stability:
Synchronous control: For large trusses driven by multiple hoists in collaboration (such as combined trusses with a span exceeding 10 meters), the truss hoist controller can realize synchronous signal output for multiple motors, avoiding truss inclination caused by differences in the operating speed of individual hoists (e.g., calibrating the speed of each motor through pulse signals).
Safety feedback: The controller is equipped with a built-in sensor interface, which can receive overload protection, limit switches (triggered when lifting to the highest/lowest point, for example), and emergency stop signals from the truss hoist. Once an abnormality is detected (such as overloading or overtravel), it will immediately cut off the drive signal, alarm, and force the truss to stop moving.
