The fault prevention of the Show Lighting Hoist Controller should be carried out from multiple aspects such as daily maintenance, operation specifications, and environmental control, in combination with its service environment (frequent operation, vibration, dust, humidity changes, etc.) and equipment characteristics. Among them, standardized operation is the core link to reduce man-made loss and lower the probability of faults.
Regular cleaning and inspection to reduce environmental impact, and clean the inside and outside of the equipment
- Wipe the surface of the Show Lighting Hoist Controller with a dry soft cloth every week to remove dust (dust accumulation may cause poor heat dissipation or short circuits).
- Open the controller shell (in a power-off state) every month, and use compressed air to blow the internal circuit boards, relays, and wiring terminals to prevent dust from adhering to the contacts.
- In humid environments (such as the rainy season in southern China, stages near water sources), place dehumidifying bags near the controller or install moisture-proof covers to prevent moisture and oxidation of the circuit boards.
- Check every week whether the insulation layer of the power lines and control lines is damaged and whether the connectors are loose (focus on checking plugs, wiring terminals, and limit switch connecting lines), and replace or fasten them in time if problems are found.
- Use a multimeter to test the on-off performance of the lines every quarter to ensure there are no hidden open circuits.
- In the multi-control system of the Show Lighting Hoist Controller, regularly check whether the shielding layer of the signal lines is intact to avoid signal interference.
