Load Detection and Overload Protection Operations

Any form of overload operation is strictly prohibited. The rated load of the equipment must be clearly marked in a prominent position on the control box and in the product manual. Before starting the equipment each time, the operator must use a weighing tool (such as a stage-specific electronic hanging scale) to confirm the total weight of the currently suspended props, including stage lighting, audio equipment, and stage backdrops, ensuring that the weight does not exceed 90% of the rated load (a 10% safety margin is reserved to prevent the protection mechanism from being triggered by instantaneous load fluctuations).

If accurate weighing is not possible due to unclear prop specifications, uncertain combined weight, or other reasons, the "inching lift" function of the multi-voltage stage hoist control box (press the "Forward Rotation" button for no more than 1 second, and the equipment will only lift slightly) can be used to raise the load by 10 cm first. During this process, the operator must closely monitor three aspects of the status:

Whether the overload indicator light on the control box panel is flashing or an alarm is sounding;
Whether the operating sound of the stage hoist motor is smooth (without abnormal jamming or unusual noise);
Whether the load remains horizontally stable (without tilting or shaking).

Only after confirming that there are no abnormalities can normal operation continue. If any abnormality occurs, the operator must immediately press the "Emergency Stop" button on the multi-voltage stage hoist control box, troubleshoot the load issue, and then restart the equipment.
