Main Power Disconnection Process

First, confirm that the stage electric lifting hoist is in a stopped state, and that buttons such as "Up", "Down", "Left Move", and "Right Move" on the electric lifting hoist controller's operation panel are all in the reset state. Then, go to the equipment's main power switch (usually located in the stage machinery power distribution room or a dedicated distribution box), clearly distinguish the "electric lifting hoist main power switch" from the switches of other equipment to avoid mistakenly cutting off the power supply of other important equipment. When disconnecting the main power supply, operate slowly and observe whether the switch has jamming, sparks, or abnormal noises. If there is an abnormality, stop the operation immediately and contact a professional electrician for inspection.

Safety Warning and Locking

After disconnecting the main power supply, immediately hang a warning sign with the words "Under Maintenance, No Switching On" on the main power switch handle. If the switch has a locking function (such as a switch with a padlock), use a dedicated padlock to lock the switch in the "Off" position. The key shall be kept by the operator personally, and it is strictly prohibited to transfer it to others at will. At the same time, set up a safety warning tape around the stage operation area, marked with "Maintenance Area, No Entry", to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the operation range of the electric lifting hoist controller and interfering with the operation.
