The control box is composed of a box body, contactors, transformers, wiring terminals, etc. Multiple core cables and flashlights of different lengths can also be provided according to user requirements. The use of high-quality AC contactors with organic interlocking greatly improves the load and instantaneous overload capacity, has good reliability, and is more suitable for frequent operation and use of equipment. It is related to whether the lifting work can be completed smoothly.
The protective iron shell in the control box is made of high-quality cold rolled sheet and stretched, with electrostatic spraying, reliable performance, and beautiful appearance. It contains accessible electrical and mechanical interlocks, making it impossible for two contactors in the same group to simultaneously connect the circuit. After the cover of the control box is lifted, it can be removed from the lower chain.
