This ensures that the truss remains in a horizontal state during the lifting process, avoiding uneven force distribution on the truss, tilting, or even damage caused by inconsistent lifting and lowering of each hoist. Safety Protection: Functions such as overload protection, limit protection, and emergency braking of the truss hoist control box indirectly play a role in protecting and controlling the truss. The overload protection function can prevent damage to the hoist or other lifting equipment caused by the overweight truss being lifted, and avoid the truss from falling. The limit protection function can ensure that the truss is lifted and lowered within the specified stroke range, preventing danger caused by exceeding the limit position. The emergency braking function can immediately stop the movement of the truss in case of sudden situations, such as someone entering the lifting area by mistake or detecting abnormal equipment, thus ensuring the safety of on-site personnel and equipment.
