When formulating a dynamic lubrication and maintenance plan, factors such as the frequency of use, load intensity, ambient temperature and humidity, and dust concentration of the electric hoist should be taken into consideration to flexibly adjust the maintenance cycle. Under high-frequency working conditions where it is used for more than 8 hours a day (such as continuous resident performances of large-scale musicals), it is recommended to implement a "stepwise maintenance" approach: conduct a simple lubrication every 3 days, focusing on checking vulnerable parts such as connecting rod pins and handle grip rotation points, and replenish a small amount of grease; carry out a comprehensive maintenance every week, thoroughly remove old oil residues, reapply new oil, and check the integrity of the oil film at the same time.

If the equipment is in special environments such as outdoor open-air theaters or foggy and humid performance spaces, the maintenance cycle needs to be shortened to once every 2-3 days. Before each maintenance, use compressed air (with pressure controlled at 0.3-0.5MPa) to blow along the gaps of the components for more than 30 seconds to remove attached dust, moisture, and corrosive particles, so as to prevent them from mixing with lubricating oil to form viscous oil sludge that blocks the moving joints. In addition, for major performances (such as festival celebrations and star concerts), an "emergency enhanced maintenance" should be carried out 24 hours before the performance: disassemble the handle shell of the Lighting Lifting Hoist Controller, perform secondary lubrication on the internal transmission gear set, and focus on applying anti-aging grease at the connecting shaft between the handle and the control cable to ensure the sensitivity and smoothness of the handle operation during the performance, and eliminate equipment jamming or response delay caused by lubrication failure.
