Product Details
After each use, promptly clean the entire exterior of the mini lighting equipment forklift. Thoroughly clean the body surface, casters,
surrounding of the hydraulic lifting circuit, as well as all gaps and dead corners of the equipment. Completely remove accumulated
dust, residual fragments of lighting equipment, stage carpet lint, threads and sundries. Prevent foreign matter accumulation from
causing mechanism stagnation and operation jamming, reduce abnormal wear of parts, and ensure smooth equipment operation.
Inspect the overall structure of the mini lighting equipment forklift before and after daily use. Carefully check the frame for bending,
deformation and collision damage, and focus on hidden dangers such as cracking, welding detachment and rust on all welds.
Meanwhile, check whether the operating handle is firmly installed without loosening and shaking. Verify that all fixing screws,
connecting buckles and fasteners are complete and in good condition. Timely tighten, replace or repair loose, missing or damaged
parts to ensure stable and safe overall structure. Regularly check the running condition of casters. Test whether the casters rotate flexibly and smoothly without abnormal noise,
and inspect for stagnation, cracking, deformation, wear and damage. Carefully clean ropes, wires, lint and sundries wrapped
around the wheel surface and axle gaps. Avoid roller blockage, deviation and accelerated wear under load, so as to improve the
walking stability and service life during handling.
